Here are 3 private programs that are designed to help accelerate you to success on a specific topic. They are conducted in a 1:1 format and are meant to be completed in a relatively short timeframe (e.g. a full day, or shorter time increments over a couple of weeks).
In addition to these 3 programs, I offer customized coaching as an option.

CULTURE
Cultural Clarity

This is for professionals who feel that understanding how Japanese people think in the workplace is essential to their career, would satisfy a deep curiosity, and/or greatly reduce stress.
First, we will discuss culture broadly to help you identify your personal values and how those overlap or differ from Japanese workplace values.
Then, we’ll delve in detail into an overview of Japan, communication styles, relationship building, decision-making, and meeting styles.
Each topic will be supplemented with learning material, case studies, and a discussion on your personal situation.
You’ll walk away with a clearer understanding not just of what people are doing but why they are behaving a certain way, and best practices on how you can shift your approach.
You’ll also receive a list of the Japanese cultural concepts discussed to keep handy.
*You can expect this experience to be around 6-7 hours. We can cover this in one day, two half days, or four 90-minute sessions.

Leadership Style

This is for leaders who are either stepping into a new role or who are seeking space to think deeply about their leadership approach.
We will cover six core leadership topics including uncovering your vision for yourself as a leader, time management/productivity, setting and communicating boundaries, build trust and influencing your team, delegation, and navigating challenging conversations.
As a training program, you can schedule this as a full day, two half days, or a series of one-hour sessions.

CARE
Career Change

Option to use 1 hour for CV & Linkedin Profile Review

This is designed for professionals who are either seeking new employment or are looking to level up within their organization (e.g. need to prepare for a panel interview)
Together we’ll identify the key interview questions you’d like to feel confident about, followed by mock interviews. We’ll reflect on your responses and craft how they can be improved. You’ll leave the session feeling confident about how you’ll perform.
Note that it takes around an hour to effectively go through 3 interview questions
Since 2019, I have been working with an outplacement company where I do CV rewriting and mock interviews for people who are changing jobs. This is in addition to helping people nearing Partner level on a one-on-one basis.
