How's the temperature of what you're doing, feeling right now?

Too hot? Not hot enough? You could think of this in two ways:

One is about your current workload. Do you literally have too much on your plate (the temp is too hot)? What could you do to adjust your workload to where it feels right?

The second way you can think about it is in terms of your goals. If you feel like you're just going through the motions without feeling that inner spark of motivation, then what can you change about your goal that'll light a fire and increase that temperature?
