What story do you have that's keeping you from feeling aligned?
This is such a powerful question. The habits and cycles that you are currently in may be something you think that you have to do for success, but they could actually be masking something that you are trying to avoid.
As an example, a coachee shared that they try to stay busy as much as possible because they have a lot of goals to accomplish. But we realized that the reason they were struggling with self-care is because taking a break would mean confronting loneliness from not having a partner or being in a relationship. Once this clarity came to light, they started being more intentional about thinking of partnership as a way of not only finding fulfillment, but breaking a negative cycle of overwork.
